Keeping your personal information private and confidential is a top priority
for Pacific Senior Advisory. We will not share your information with anyone except the
facilities to which you are being referred.
All information gathered will be kept on record for three years, and protection services are used for our digital services. If recording digitally or using our website, it will be protected by anti-virus and anti-phishing
software. All paperwork will be scanned and placed on a thumb drive with no internet capabilities to avoid the loss of residents’ information.
Pacific Senior Advisory will give the information to potential communities on hard copy intake forms, and the referral agent will physically attend every tour, using only email and hard copy documents to ensure that the resident’s information is kept safe.
Our website is protected by anti-virus software and any information collected from the website will only be viewed by the referral agent and the referred facility / home.
